MASON REITER
Managing Partner
A Dallas native, Mason has spent over 20 years living in Texas. Throughout his career, he has specialized in assisting investors with acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties, net-leased properties, 1031 exchanges, and land in the Texas real estate market.
Before founding Frasier Cole, Mason worked in sales with a focus on client development. He later joined STRIVE, a full-service brokerage firm based in Dallas, where he helped investors buy and sell single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties.
Mason graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Sports Management and Communications. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, attending sporting events and concerts, and spending time with his family, friends, and his dogs, Murphy and Henry.
LOGAN MEYERS
Managing Partner
Logan, a North Dallas native, attended Greenhill School before earning his degree from the University of Texas at Austin. After graduating, he returned to Dallas and built a successful career in technology sales. During the pandemic, he developed a strong interest in real estate finance, independently studying its fundamentals. This passion led to the creation of Frasier Cole when a unique opportunity presented itself.
Logan is known for his strong work ethic and ability to cultivate lasting relationships. His expertise includes buyer and seller representation, market analysis, and sourcing commercial real estate opportunities across various asset classes. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and basketball, and traveling.
Dallas natives Mason Frasier Reiter and Logan Cole Meyers have been lifelong friends and are now business partners. After the pandemic, they seized the opportunity to leverage their experience in commercial real estate by founding Frasier Cole.
